The laws that cover Internet crimes and unlawful content harmful to children and youths include the Criminal Law , the Children and Youth Welfare and Protection Act, the Children and Youth Prevention and Punishment of Sex-Trade Act, the Sexual Assault Prevention Act , the Regulations on the Management of Rating Game Software, the Copyright Law, the Consumer Protection Laws, the Personal Data Protection Act, the health-related laws and regulations, the Financial Regulations, the Communications Security and Surveillance Act and the Telecommunications Act.
